About the Founder and CEO
Mr Cyril Zondi
Cyril Sandile Zondi is the senior director of C S Zondi and Associates Inc and lead attorney, since 2011. Currently specializing in civil, corporate and commercial matters with a particular focus on labour insolvency forensics and business rescues. He acts for both private and public sectors.
Mr Zondi has vast experience in the fields of estates law, estate planning, advisory services (lead advisory role), trust law, insolvency law, commercial and corporate law, project management, acquisitions and mergers, restructuring and liquidations.
Mr Zondi also has immense experience in drafting and litigation in the High Court(s).
Professional expertise extend to providing assistance and advice in a form of acquisition and mergers, restructuring and insolvency advice to entities in different disciplines from small, medium and large sized.
Mr Zondi is a qualified and licensed Business Rescue Practitioner, a member of the Black Lawyers Association, SARIPA (South African Restructuring and Insolvency Practitioners Association), INSOL International Association of Restructuring, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Professionals and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), is an Admitted Attorney, Mediator and Liquidator and currently completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Forensic Investigation and Criminal Justice PDFICJ at the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
